Seven years where decisions meet delivery
I work on the part of technology that rarely makes the architecture diagram. It is the system that connects a decision to shipped, measured work. So far I have worked inside that system at enterprise scale, in healthcare, insurance and diagnostics.
I started at Tata Consultancy Services. There I led partner integrations for a scheduling and orders platform at a leading US diagnostic testing firm. I then joined NTT Data. Since then I have led product execution for a Fortune 50 US healthcare enterprise, across machine learning, GenAI, platform modernization and operations automation.
The path
2019 to 2021
Tata Consultancy Services. Partner integrations for a leading US diagnostic testing firm. 35+ enterprise customers onboarded. Partner adoption velocity up 65%.
2022 to now
NTT Data. Product execution for a Fortune 50 US healthcare enterprise. Introduced the Product-Oriented Delivery model to the client practice for the first time.
2025
Founded Agilocrats. An execution systems consultancy for SaaS and technology companies of 50 to 300 people.
The pattern
Across these engagements, one pattern became impossible to ignore. Technology rarely failed on architecture, tooling or talent. It failed because the system connecting decisions to delivery could not carry the complexity as the organization grew.
I watched engineers sit in meetings to justify production alerts. Most of those alerts never needed anyone to act. The team wrote documents and root-cause reports for noise. Meanwhile, the alerts that mattered sometimes slipped past. Nothing was wrong with the architecture. The system around it was spending people's attention on the wrong things.
Why Agilocrats
I founded Agilocrats to work on that one problem. It is a senior-led boutique that designs and stabilizes execution systems for SaaS and technology companies. It stays small on purpose, so I lead every engagement myself.
